The shop behind the ticket

A local family business, not a franchise call center.

Super Cool of the Treasure Coast has been keeping houses here comfortable since 1988. It is small on purpose: the person who answers the phone knows the technician who shows up, and the owner’s name is on the invoice.

That is why the office can usually tell you over the phone what the tech is likely walking into, and why they would rather repair your system than sell you a new one you don’t need.

What the shop stands on

Six promises, written on the ticket.

These are the shop’s own commitments, the same six it states to every customer before a tech leaves the yard.

  1. 01

    Licensed and insured

Florida licence CAC042650, with permits pulled on installs.

  2. 02

    Flat price up front

You approve the price before anything is replaced. Repair or replace is your call.

  3. 03

    Same-day service

Emergency calls are taken 365 days a year, and a real arrival window comes with the call.

  4. 04

    Family owned since 1988

    Second generation, same towns.

  5. 05

    NATE-certified technicians

Nationally tested, background-checked and trained on current equipment across every major brand.

  6. 06

    Warranty on our labor

One year on our workmanship, plus the manufacturer’s parts coverage, in writing before you pay.

A licence number you can look up

The state record names the contractor.

Super Cool holds Florida Certified Air Conditioning Contractor licence CAC042650. The Florida licence record lists Leonidas John Demopoulos as the licensee, and it shows the licence as current and active.

The shop says its technicians are NATE-certified: nationally tested, background-checked and trained on current equipment across every major brand. They work on every major brand, whether Super Cool installed it or not.

Already been quoted by someone else? The office will review that quote free and tell you straight, even if the answer is “keep what you have.”

Small on purpose

Call the number on the invoice.

A person answers, a window comes with the call, and the price is written down before anyone touches your system.
