Load-calculated sizing · Permits pulled · Financing available · Free second opinions
New AC installation, sized for your house, not a brochure.
A replacement starts with a load calculation and a look at your duct. You get two or three honest options with efficiency, warranty terms and the monthly payment written down.
When replacement beats another repair
We would rather repair your system than sell you a new one, and we'll tell you so. But on the Treasure Coast there's a point where another repair is money in the wrong place. Salt air is hard on coils and cabinets, and a system that ran ten months a year for a decade is carrying real wear.
The signs are simple. The system is past fifteen, the compressor has failed, it still runs R-22, repairs are stacking up, the rooms never balance, or the bills keep climbing. Any one of them is worth a conversation, and the list below is the one we use.
If the answer is keep what you have, we'll say that too. It's a short phone call to (772) 284-5774.

Sized for your house, not a brochure
A system that's too big short-cycles and never pulls the humidity out of a Florida house. One that's too small runs all afternoon and still loses. So we start with a load calculation for your actual house, and we look at the duct before we talk equipment.
Then you get two or three options, good, better and best, written down with the efficiency numbers, warranty terms and a monthly payment. Straight-cool, heat pump or mini-split, depending on what fits the house and the way you live in it.
No pressure and no scare tactics. Repair or replace is your call, and the flat price is on paper before anything starts.
Install day, and what comes after
We pull the permits, set the new equipment, and haul the old equipment away when we leave. The pad, the lineset, the drain and the electrical get the same attention as the unit itself, because those are where installs go wrong in a storm-season climate.
Financing is approved in minutes, subject to credit, so a failed system in August doesn't have to turn into a bad week. Our work carries a one-year written labor warranty, plus the manufacturer's parts coverage.
Already been quoted by someone else? We'll review it free and tell you straight, even if the answer is keep what you have. Super Cool has been doing this in these towns since 1988, and the owner's name is on the invoice.

Replace or repair
When replacement beats another repair
Six reasons, in the order we check them. One is a reason to talk. Two or three is usually the answer.
The system is past fifteen
Salt air finishes systems here at twelve to fifteen years. Past that, you're paying to keep tired equipment alive.
The compressor has failed
The compressor is the heart of the system. When it goes on an older unit, replacement usually makes more sense than a repair.
It still runs R-22
An R-22 system is old equipment by definition. Repairs on it get harder and costlier to justify.
Repairs are stacking up
Two or three service calls in one season tells you where this is heading.
The rooms never balance
One room hot, one cold. We check the duct first, because a bigger system won't fix a leaky run.
The bills keep climbing
When the power bill rises and the house doesn't feel any cooler, the equipment is working harder for less.
