$69 new-customer tune-up · 21-point inspection · Priority scheduling for members · Keeps your warranty valid
AC maintenance that actually makes systems last here.
Two visits a year is the difference between a system that reaches fifteen and one that quits at nine. New customers start at $69.
Why maintenance matters more on the coast
An air conditioner on the Treasure Coast runs about ten months a year. Salt in the air settles on the outdoor coil and eats at it. Condensate drains clog all the time in this humidity. And storm season drops leaves, grit and debris around the unit.
None of that shows up on the thermostat until something quits. A system that's been rinsed, drained and checked twice a year reaches fifteen. One that hasn't often quits at nine.
There's a paperwork reason too. Many manufacturer warranties expect the system to have been maintained, so skipping the visits can put your parts coverage at risk. Regular service keeps your warranty valid.

What a visit covers, and the $69 tune-up
Each visit is a 21-point inspection. We rinse the coil, clear and treat the drain line, tighten the electrical connections, verify the refrigerant and check the amp draw, and swap the filter. It's the same list on a system that's two years old or twelve.
For new customers the tune-up starts at $69. That's a published price, not a teaser. If the inspection turns up a repair and you approve it, the diagnostic fee comes off the bill.
And if something needs attention, you get the same treatment as a repair call: we show you the reading and the part, then quote a flat price before any work starts.
The Maintenance Club: two visits a year, and who goes first
Members get two visits a year, one before cooling season and one after, so the system is checked at both ends of the hardest stretch. Members also get priority scheduling in a heat wave, discounted parts and diagnostics, and the front of the line on emergency calls.
The goal is a system that reaches fifteen years in salt air instead of nine, and a phone number that gets answered if it doesn't. Super Cool is family owned, working these towns since 1988.
