Most small commercial buildings here are cooled by rooftop package units, split systems or mini-splits. We service all three, and we work on every major brand, whether we installed it or not. Salt air and a hot roof are hard on condenser coils and drain pans, so those are the first places we look.
As with a house, we diagnose with readings rather than guesses, show you the failed part, and quote a flat price before work starts. You approve it before anything is replaced. If a unit is past repairing, you get honest options written down.
Planned maintenance, scheduled around your hours
A planned maintenance agreement puts the visits on a calendar, so the equipment gets inspected before the heat of the season instead of during it. We schedule after hours and on weekends, which means the work happens while your doors are closed, not while customers are waiting.
