AC repair on the Treasure Coast. Same day, flat price.
Warm air, ice on the lineset, a breaker that keeps tripping. We test rather than guess, show you the reading, and quote the repair before we start.
What actually fails on a Treasure Coast system
Most calls we run in Port St. Lucie start the same way: the unit is running, but the house won't cool. That one symptom has several different causes, and they cost very different amounts to fix. A refrigerant leak, a failed capacitor and a compressor that won't start all produce warm air.
Ice on the lineset or the indoor coil usually points to an airflow or refrigerant problem. Water around the air handler is most often a clogged condensate drain, which is common in a climate where the system works ten months a year. A breaker that keeps tripping is the wiring telling you something is drawing too much.
Salt air and a hot attic are hard on every part in the loop, so a repair that looks small from the thermostat can have a cause two steps away. That's why we start with a test instead of a guess.

How we diagnose: readings, not guesses
We check the capacitor, the contactor and the compressor amp draw, then read superheat and subcool to see what the refrigerant side is really doing. Those numbers separate a part that's tired from a system that's actually failing.
Then we show you. The reading on the meter and the failed part in your hand, explained in plain English, before anything is replaced. You see what we see.
After that comes a flat price, quoted before any work starts. You approve it, or you don't. Nothing gets added on the way to the truck.
After the repair, and the honest repair-or-replace talk
When you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee comes off the bill. Our work carries a one-year written labor warranty, plus the manufacturer's parts coverage where it applies, and the number on your invoice reaches a person at Super Cool.
We're a family shop that's been working these towns since 1988, and the owner's name is on the invoice. If repairs on an older system have started to stack up, we'll say so plainly and walk you through where replacement starts to make sense. We'd rather fix what you have than sell you a system you don't need.

Signs your AC needs repair
If you see any one of these four, don’t wait for a hotter week. Each is a line on the ticket we’d write up.
It runs, but the air blows warm
A refrigerant leak, a failed capacitor, or a compressor that won't start can all feel the same from the couch. The meter tells them apart.
Ice on the lineset or the coil
Frost on the copper line or the indoor coil means airflow or refrigerant is off. Keep running it and the ice only gets worse.
Water around the air handler
Most often a clogged condensate drain. In a Florida attic it can soak a ceiling before anyone notices.
The breaker keeps tripping
A breaker that trips again and again is protecting the wiring. Don't keep resetting it; call us and we'll find the reason.
Flat price quoted and approved by you before we start. Questions first? Ask for the shop at (772) 284-5774, or send us a note.
